TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE WWW.greenwalley.lv

The Seller of items offered in this Internet shop, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as Seller, and the person (natural or legal) carrying out the Order, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, on the other hand, enters into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell the goods to the Customer following the Customer's order and deliver them to the Customer upon receipt of payment in the Seller's bank account.

The Customer undertakes to pay the amount of the order and delivery costs (if any).

The purchase agreement between the Customer and Seller is considered to have been concluded from the time the Order was approved, i.e., when the order was made. The terms of each agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller shall be identical to those of this Regulation, and the Parties shall always comply with such Agreements following this Regulation.

An Order is an item order that includes all the items that the Customer wants to purchase from the Seller, and which are specified in one Order.

The Customer confirms the Terms when he has read them and marks the sentence "I have read the Terms and agree to them" at the time of order confirmation. The Terms approved in this way are a legal document binding on the Parties, conditions, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties, and other terms related to the purchase and sale of goods www.greenvalley.lv

- the Customer chooses the product by selecting a specific product model and quantity.

- when ordering the goods, the Customer must indicate in the relevant fields of information his or her data needed to properly execute the order, which the www.adweavingstudio.com processes following the procedures specified by the Privacy Policy.

- when the Customer selects the item or service, creates a basket of goods, and completes all order transactions, it is considered that a purchase legal relationship has been established between Seller and Customer and a purchase agreement has been concluded.

- each Order is stored in the www.greenvalley.lv database following the Privacy Policy.

- the Customer has the right to purchase the www.greenwalley.lv goods following the procedures specified in this Regulation.

- the Customer has the right to cancel the order following the procedures specified in this Regulation.

- the Customer has the right to derogate from the Treaty following the procedures laid down in these Regulations.

- the Customer has the right to swap or return the purchased goods following the procedures specified in this Regulation.

- the Customer must fulfill his or her obligations through www.greenvalley.lv, comply with these Regulations, Privacy Policy, and the Customer must not violate the law of the Republic of Latvia.

- the Customer must pay for the goods or services ordered and accept them following the procedures specified in this Regulation.

- the Seller has the right to cancel the Purchasing Order without prior notice if the Customer fails to pay for the goods within 10 (ten) working days and does not inform him of the reasons.

- the Seller undertakes to respect the privacy of the Customer, to process the personal data of the Customer only following the procedures specified by the Regulations, the Privacy Policy, and the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

- the Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of a function that is important for the execution, suspension, or termination of the order before the order is made. The provision of information in the e-mail is appropriate information. When the Seller has already accepted the Order to be executed, the Customer is informed of the suspension or termination of essential functions for the execution of this order by using one of the methods of communication specified by the Customer (by phone, sending a text message or e-mail).

- under the terms of the Regulation, the Seller undertakes to supply the goods ordered by the Customer and accept the goods shipped back by the Customer.

- if the Seller is unable to supply the Order to the Customer due to important circumstances, www.greenvalley.lv may offer a similar product by informing the Customer in one of the methods of communication indicated by the Customer (by phone, by sending a text message or e-mail). If the Customer does not agree that the order is replaced by a similar product, the Seller shall repay to the Customer the money within 14 (fourteen) working days, if a prepayment has been made, and to cancel the Order.

- if the Seller does not agree with the Customer's requirements, the Seller shall provide the Customer with an exhaustive and substantiated written response, not later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the Customer's request, except where the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union otherwise determines.

- the Seller undertakes to fulfill the other obligations imposed on him by the Regulations and by the law of the Republic of Latvia.

The prices of goods in www.greenvalley.lv are indicated in euro, including VAT and other applicable taxes, if any.

The Customer orders the goods through this home page, indicating the type and quantity of the goods. The Customer has the option to pay for the Order by using the payment tools embedded in the Internet Store — Paysera/payment cards, or by paying the invoice that the Seller sends by e-mail. The invoice shall be prepared electronically and shall be valid without signature.

The Customer agrees that the purchase documents – VAT invoice – can be sent physically with the goods or electronically to the e-mail address specified in the Order when the order is executed. The invoice includes Seller’s properties, ordered items, their quantity, the final price of the items, including all taxes, and any other data that are determined by the law of the Republic of Latvia.

The Seller shall ensure the dispatch of the goods within 2 working days after the payment has been received. Delivery time after dispatching of the goods:

- 3-5 working days in Latvia (Omniva parcel machine);

- to Lithuania/Estonia 5-8 working days (Omniva parcel machine);

- to the rest of Europe 5-10 working days (Omniva);

Please note that due to the Covid-19 virus as well as approaching Christmas, the delivery may take longer than usual.

If the delivery has been made using a parcel machine and the Customer has not removed the Order, it shall be returned to the Seller. The Seller undertakes to repay the Order amount without delivery costs (delivery costs are not repaid) to the Customer's bank account within 2 months of the Order has been returned to the Seller.

The Customer has the right to withdraw the goods within 14 calendar days from the receiving date by sending the withdrawal letter to info@greenvalley.lv. The withdrawal letter form is available here.

The Customer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 calendar days of sending the letter of withdrawal. All shipping costs of returning goods are covered by the Customer.

The Customer doesn't have the right of withdrawal if:

- the ordered goods cannot be returned by their nature, are perishable, or readily consumable;

- the ordered goods are manufactured directly to the Customer on an individual order;

- the Customer has used the item.

The Seller commits to repaying the money for returned goods within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned goods. Approving these Regulations, the Customer agrees that the money will be repaid to the Customer's bank account unless the Customer and Seller have agreed otherwise.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer shall be responsible for the preservation of the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer's right of withdrawal or to withhold a refund fee in case the goods have been damaged by careless treatment of the goods during use or not following instructions, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods has been significantly damaged.

When entering the necessary information when drawing up the order, the Customer shall certify that he has met and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Customer's order and to deliver the goods following the legislative requirements of the Republic of Latvia. When entering the information, the Customer agrees that it will send notices related to the handling of the Customer Order to the specified e-mail.

Only relevant personal data are collected that is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed - your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, product delivery type, payment type, payment information (including but not limited to bank account number).

Information about you may also be disclosed to other parties, but only if we are sure to refer to a legitimate national action or legal proceedings (e.g., a court ruling, search warrant, subpoena).
